BLE launch pad is not detecting in uniflash

When I connect CC2340R5 and LP-XDS110ET to laptop and open uni-flash, it is not detecting my hardware.

I'm using Version: 8.1.1.4146.

This looks like an invalid link. Can you post your screenshot directly to this thread?

Is UniFlash able to connect to the board if you manually specify it?

I'm not able to insert the screenshot here.

I tried to manually put the device details but it doesn't work in that way.

I am hearing of some reported issues with autodetect and CC2340 that we are investigating. I will keep you posted of any updates I receive.

UniFlash is unable to connect to the device? What is the exact error you see?

We believe that this is related to known issue:

We have noticed that some of the CC2340R5 devices do not have the device identifier flashed in the area that autodetect is looking for. This is likely the issue you are running into.
