TMS320F2800157-Q1: (Error -2131 @ 0x0) Unable to access device register

Hi Alan,

I suggested them to change their output format to eabi(ELF) they were able to compile but got the below error.

“We tested with the above changes, compilation of the code is working. However, it is unable to communicate with the Launchpad and giving following error message:

 

Error connecting to the target:
(Error -2131 @ 0x0)
Unable to access device register. Reset the device, and retry the operation. If error persists, confirm configuration, power-cycle the board, and/or try more reliable JTAG settings (e.g. lower TCLK).
(Emulation package 9.12.0.00150)

 

They tried the launchpad with another project which we created and it is not providing any error.
