Ubuntu instructions for using XDS debug probe please

I have found some install instructions, fine. I have found numerous windows guides. I have found NOTHING that tells me actually how to even start 'code composer studio' on ubuntu, not even anything as simple as what the application name is and where it is installed. Please, surely it cant be THAT difficult to document the absolute basics? I can find how to set it up with lovely screenshots but how to even get the application started nada, nothing, not seen

Hello,

You can launch CCS either using the desktop shortcut or calling the "ccstudio" executable in <INSTALL DIR>/ccs/eclipse

Note that depending on your environment, desktop shortcuts may not get generated on the desktop. There should still be one in <CCS INSTALL DIR> and you can copy it to your desktop and set the properties for it to allow launching.

Thanks, though perhaps making it part of the instructions, the wiki or similar would save others asking the same :)
