Using a CC1354P10 launchpad with an XDS110ET debug board.

I'm getting the below error when I start a debugging session, connect to target, and attempt to open ROV:

ROV _connect failed to start agent: Failed to construct 'WebSocket': The URL 'ws://127.0.0.1:-1' is invalid.

Could it be related to my computer using OpenJDK?

It is not, I verified with Oracle's as well

Did you do an incremental update from CCS 12.4 to CCS 12.5? There is a known issue with the 12.5 incremental update that causes the TI Cloud Agent to fail. It is recommended do a full 12.5.0 installation instead.This issue would also impact Resource Explorer.
