LP-XDS110: XDS110 doesn´t work with CCS 12.5.0.00007 but Uniflash does

Part Number: LP-XDS110
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: CC1312R7, LP-CC1312R7, UNIFLASH

Hi,

I´m experiencing some problems to program CC1312R7 boards.

If I try to debug a program at LP-CC1312R7 board, the message "Texas Instruments XDS110 USB Debug Probe/Cortex_M4_0 : Target must be connected before loading program." appears.

The same occurs using an external  XDS110 programming one of my PCBs.

But if I use UNIFLASH to program my boards with this XDS110 it works fine.

I´ve uninstalled and reinstalled CCS 12.5.0.00007 without success.

Does someone have any suggestion?

Thank you in advance.

Andre

  • You do not say anything regarding what SDK version you are using, but assuming you use the latest (7.10.01.24).

SimpleLink Low Power F2 SDK 7.10.01.24 was built & tested on a Windows host platform using the following Integrated Development Environments (IDEs) and components. Using an IDE or toolchain version not listed below may result in compatibility issues with this SDK release. Refer to the individual component release notes in the Document Overview for each component’s supported code generation tools.

Have you tried using CCS-12.2.0 as recommended?
