I have CCS v4.1.3 - to upgrade to the latest version (v4.2.4), can I use only the most recent patch, or do I need every single one between my installed version and the most recent?

All you need is the latest patch. Each patch includes all the contents of the patch before it.

That worked, thanks. I did also have to then download the latest CGT versions, because it somehow rolled back the version I had been using, but it seems fine now.
