My customer is trying to evaluate DRV3233-Q1 EVM + LAUNCHXL-F280049C with DRV3233EVM Sensored Trapezoidal GUI in TI Gallery.

They tried both online version and offline version, but in both cases they faced following error.
I suspect something in customer’s PC is blocking TI Cloud Agent.
What should we check to resolve the issue?

I tried the latest version with my F280039C LaunchPad:

Hence the GC application itself looks fine. It must be an issue with the customer environment. If the customer has CCS installed, are they able to connect to the board using CCS? Can the use other cloud based tools like UniFlash cloud version or CCS Cloud without issue?
