SYSCONFIG Project From CCS12.4 Doesn't Build/Open Properly in CCS12.5

Our project builds fine in CCS12.4. The same project opened in 12.5 is not buildable due some device selection problem:

Note the advice given is not relevant since I can build example project for AM263x just fine.

I tried to rectify the problem in the SysConfig section but it shuts me out.
