Need Support - Failed to Connect PRSC Module

Hello,

I'm using K2K EVM in which external XDS2xx MIPI is connected for JTAG Interface.

I'm facing issue to establish the target. It shows below error-

C66xx_0: Error connecting to the target: (Error -1180 @ 0x0) Device is held in reset. Take the device out of reset, and retry the operation. (Emulation package 8.4.0.00006)

After removing the device from reset, its shows error as below -

C66xx_0: Error connecting to the target: (Error -6306) Failed to connect to PRSC module. (Emulation package 8.4.0.00006)

I checked voltages, it is proper. Can you pls suggest any solution to this issue.
