I am using BLEStack V2.2. I think I have TI-RTOS V2.21.1.08 installed because I see it as an option that can be selected in Window>Preferences>General>Products>RTSC, but it is not already selected as a dependency for my project. The release notes say the following:

Even after installing that compiler, I am getting the same error message and am unable to navigate within the Properties window to change the compiler version. I also do not see v16.9.4 in the Discovered products list in Window > Preferences > Products.

If not already done, could you please double check the CCS version you are using? It should be version 7.4 available here: https://www.ti.com/tool/download/CCSTUDIO/7.4.0.00015

Hi, I downloaded v7.4 but I am unable to even open projects in it.

Never mind! I was able to open up the necessary projects and I will try using the suggested compiler version with it.
