When I go to Properties > General to change the compiler versions for simple_peripheral_cc2650lp_app and simple_peripheral_cc2650lp_stack to TI v5.2.6, which I have installed, I get the following error:
What could be causing this? Is it possible to run these projects using the existing compiler version? TIA!
Hi,
Thank you for reaching out.
Could you please specify the BLEStack and TIRTOS versions you are using?
Could you also check in the release notes the recommended Compiler version?
Best regards,
Hi,
I am using BLEStack V2.2. I think I have TI-RTOS V2.21.1.08 installed because I see it as an option that can be selected in Window>Preferences>General>Products>RTSC, but it is not already selected as a dependency for my project. The release notes say the following:
Hi,
Thank you for these details.
Please ensure you install and use TI ARM Compiler 16.9.4.LTS https://www.ti.com/tool/download/ARM-CGT/16.9.4.LTS
Best regards,
Hi,
Even after installing that compiler, I am getting the same error message and am unable to navigate within the Properties window to change the compiler version. I also do not see v16.9.4 in the Discovered products list in Window > Preferences > Products.
Hi,
If not already done, could you please double check the CCS version you are using? It should be version 7.4 available here: https://www.ti.com/tool/download/CCSTUDIO/7.4.0.00015
Best regards,
