Wenjun,
CTI means Compatc TI, I believe. This is a 20-pin header with a smaller form factor than the old 14-pin JTAG. If you have a newer XDS560 revision D cable , this comes with a CTI connector by default.
The TI-60 pin header is the 60-pin header that you'll see implemented on most boards today, that gives access to PC Trace and System Trace capabilities. The diagrams on page 10 show the difference between the TI and MIPI 60-pin header. MIPI is just an abbreviation for a standards group. This header might eventually become the industry standard.
The JTAG signals are the ones that control the scan interface. (TDI, TDO, TCK, RTCK, TMS). The EMU pins are typically for passing data from emulator to host, and they will be denoted by EMU.
PWB stands for Printed Wiring Board.
