lmgrd download not available - where to get the x64 linux version?

Hi,

I'm trying to set up a license server on a linux box following the instructions on http://processors.wiki.ti.com/index.php/License_Server_Administration_for_CCS#UNIX:_command_line_setup where ist says to go to http://www.globes.com/support/fnp_utilities_download.htm

But there these files (actually only lmgrd) are not available. I contacted them but they tould me to contact TI. So here I am, anybody can give me a hint?
