Use "Memory Browser" just by using the XDS110 ?

Hi ,

I'm using the am243x-EVM.

I can load , debug and use  the "Memory Browser" (read and write DDR)   - while debugging.

Is there a way to use  the "Memory Browser"  and write and read DDR memory without loading any program - just by using the XDS110 ?
