Flash API Error #1

I'm getting the following error on TMS32028027 when I try to load code to flash or simply just erase flash:

Flash API Error #1:

Unknown error during Flash operation.

Erase/Program/Verify Operation failed
Anybody know what this means?

What is the full version number of CCS that you are using? And what emulator are you using?

Dear ki,

What I used is CCS3.3 and the emulator is XDS560 PCI JATG emulator.

I found another post on this and attempted the Depletion Recovery operation within the Flash Programmer and it failed.

Is there a way to "repair" the flash (in case it is broken) or do we have to replace the processor?

Hi,

Are you using On-chip flash programmer (or plugin) provided in CCS3.3v?

yes,I try to change the chip,the problem have being sloved.
