I am trying to set up a license server for floating licenses for CCS 4.2 (see http://processors.wiki.ti.com/index.php/License_Server_Administration_for_CCS), and I cant complete step 2 of the Windows graphical setup because lmgrd is not available from flexnet.

Could all yall please provide a link for a 32b windows version?
