COPY_TABLE definition

I use TMS470 C/C++ Compiler v4.6.1 with CCS v4.1.1.  In the function copy_in defined in the library source file cpy_tbl.c thera is a type called COPY_RECORD. Where is that data type defined? I also wonder where  SHT$$INIT_ARRAY$$Base and SHT$$INIT_ARRAY$$Limit are defined.
