TMS320C3x - 4x: Code Composer 4.1

I am looking to download or order an older version of Code Composer (CC), specifically 4.10.  Note that this is NOT Code Composer Studio (CCS).  I have already made that mistake and went down that path that didn't get me what I need.

I have also already tried the TMDS3240130SP2 Support software | TI.com link and this is merely an upgrade where I get a warning:

"A required product, Code Composer 4.10 'C3x - 'C4x, cannot be found.  Please install that product then reinstall this upgrade.  Installation will now abort"

I am trying to get my hands on the original Code Composer (CC) 4.10.

In all the e2e forums the solution seemed to go off the forum to a different site such as Spectrum Digital (that no longer exists) or private messaging.  I guess I am looking for that same answer that those folks received in private messaging off of the forum.
