Can you request to the customer to try the following:

1) Clean the workspace as mentioned in 9.4.3 in the CCS Troubleshooting guide:

2) Launch CCS with the -clean parameter as mentioned in 9.4.2 in the CCS Troubleshooting guide:

3) If the issue still happens, close CCS and resend the newly generated .log workspace file

My apologies for the delay. I have not heard back from engineering. I will request an update. 

Engineering has been analyzing the log and the see the error reported in the log. However they don't have an answer as to what is triggering the error.

One question they have is if the customer has installed any additional packages after installing CCS. Basically they see some script failing to run when CCS in launched. They are not sure what this script is. They are wondering if the customer is dropping in some additional files inside CCS after installation.

Another thing they asked is if it would be possible to temporarily disable any antivirus or additional security software running on the PC. I understand this may not be possible by IT but we also suspect it could be some conflict with some security settings.

I confirmed that customer did not install any additional packages after installing CCS.

Another thing is that they are using following security software on PC.

Microsoft Defender Antivirus (MDAV）
Microsoft Defender for Endpoint Plan2

Since their company PCs are manged by IT, it is not possible to disable these software.

Just to re-confirm, once the customer presses "OK", they can use CCS normally without further issue? And it only happens once each time when CCS is started up?

Unfortunately we are not sure what the issue could be. We are still discussing.

Thank you for confirming this. Engineering noticed some issue with running some script just on startup. They are not sure what the failure is or even what script is failing. Hence why they were asking if the customer had installed some additional plugins to the CCS environment. Unfortunately we are still confused what the issue could be. The only thing we can offer is that CCS 12.7.0 will be released some early next month and to please suggest giving that version a try. There are not many changes between 12.6 and 12.7 so we don't know if it will help at all but it is worth a try.
