I am searching for silent install parameters for CCS 12.6.0 unattended installation

CCS can be installed from command line interface with several options, including unattended installation. Please refer to the CCS Installer Usage article for more details.

the article is from old 9.2.0 Version and the Installable Product families are different from Version 12.6.0.

    Please note that the installer has not changed much since CCS 9.2.x and the documented command should still be relevant for current CCS versions.

    Which are the differences you noticed? The list appears pretty accurate and up to date. The only thing I see missing is MSPM0. For that one you can use PF_MSPM0.
