Pl help me to resolve error : Exception occurred during launch Reason: Program file does not exist

Hi

I am a new user of code composer studio v4 which i am using for piccolo micro controller stick TMS320F28027 usb stick. I am following a procedure given in manual to run the sample program provided in the control suit for this device. But i am end up with following error whenever i debug the active program.

Error message :

 Exception occurred during launch    

Reason: Program file does not exist

When i checked the details following message has shown :

  C:\Program Files (x86)\TI\controlSUITE\development_kits\Piccolo controlSTICK\Timer - BlinkingLED\F2802x_FLASH\BlinkingLED.out not found

Over a build console it is showing following message:

The current directory is invalid.

C:\Program Files (x86)\Texas Instruments\ccsv4\utils\gmake\gmake: *** [DSP2802x_CodeStartBranch.obj] Error 1

Is there any issue with providing path to the .obj or .out file? But these files are not building up. 
Please help me.
