UCD3138CC64EVM-030: Not able to Change CCS ARM compiler version to 5.2.4

I have tried to change ARM compiler version to 5.2.4 in code composer studio using this link UCD3138: Changing CCS ARM compiler version to 5.2.4 - Power management forum - Power management - TI E2E support forums.

But I am facing the below issue,

    Hello Soundharya,

    Thank you for your interest in the UCD3138x devices. Do you have a secure connection or something that is blocking your connection? It looks like you are not able to find the list of available compilers available in CCS. You could also try uninstalling and reinstalling to the latest version of CCS.

    You can also view our new Introduction to UCD3138x Devices: https://www.ti.com/lit/an/sluaas7/sluaas7.pdf. Page 12 also has steps to show how to install v5.2 Arm compiler.
