MAVRK with CCSv5.1 beta

I was using CCS v5.1 M6 to build and evaluate the MAVRK system. I had imported the Basic_MAVRK_MSP430F5438_Template into CCS, and under THAT version, it built fine.

Under this (M8) version, CCS says "Nothing to build for project Basic_MAVRK_MSP430F5438_Template" after a Clean Project.

Not much to be done here. It simply DOES NOT work.

    I removed the CCS project and re-imported an existing CCS/CCE project with the Basic_MAVRK_MSP430F5438_Template project, built it, cleaned it, and built it again, and I seem to be having no issues.

    I DID use a completely NEW workspace. Maybe that helped?

    Hi Gerry,

    glad to hear that you have been able to import the project.

    I think in general, especially when going between versions, a fresh workspace is always a good idea. There was also with M8 some new and updated MSP430 files which also made the fresh workspace a good idea.
