If I try to follow this : Debugging the DSP side of a DSPLink application on OMAP-L138 using CCS with the XDS100 emulator of the EVMOMAPL138, I have this message box when I connect to the C6748.

-151 almost always means that the EEPROM is not correctly programmed on the XDS100.

Even if the VID and PID are correct ( VID=0403 PID=A6D0), I reprogrammed the EEPROM and debugging is working well.

Good to hear. Really strange that reprogramming fixed it if the IDs were already correct. Good to know that though.
