XDS510USB JTAG connect Failed.

Hi,

I have a board and there are 4 C6414 on it. I want to connect it by XDS510USB JTAG; the DSConfig test is OK, but it can't make a connection. 

I use CCS3.3, and the test result by SDConfig is below:

** Emulator Test **

$$ EmuProductName = XDS510USB

$$EmuProtAddr = 0x510

$$EmuProtMode=USB

$$ProductID=510

$$ProductVersion=84

** Emulator Scan Test

    -- Found JTAG IR length of 152

    -- Found 4 JTAG device(s) in the scan chain

 

Here is the Error Information through the CCS.

so what's the problem????

    Hello,

    What is the full version number of you CCSv3.3 install? Are you using the latest 3.3 service release? If so, your version number should be "3.3.82.13"

    You may also want to check that you have the latest spectrum digital drivers for CCSv3.3.

    Could you also export and attach the *.ccs file? I would like to check your configuration

    Hi Ki-Soo,

    Thank you for your reply. I think I find the problem; the circuit board is too dirty, I clean it and it's OK now.
