the board is diy board,actually is simplified from ti evm.

the tests code can run ok on my board,for example video loppback and ddr and ethernet loop test

but sample in psp_package can not run ok

can not run to "main"

and ti evm is ok

the board 's sch is removed four pcf8574 and aic33 changed to aic23 ,compared with ti evm

how can i do?

Hi,

From a hardware perspective, many things can contribute to a DSP/BIOS project to not reach main, especially if there are routines that try to initialize hardware that is either inexisting or modified (check here for an example on how they are defined in the BIOS configuration). In your case, the change in codecs may cause an initialization function to loop forever waiting for the external device to respond.

From a software perspective, I strongly suggest you check the threads below that contain some similar issues reported and debug tips:

Therefore I suggest carefully inspecting all initialization routines and checking any possible lockups.
