The license cost is ~500USD.

Do you have an MPSD emulator to use with CCS?

This is another option for debug if you cannot find an MPSD emulator. You still need to build the code. But you can use JtagJet for debug with Signum's debug ger. The pros is that it is a USB based emulator that is supported by SIgnum. The drawback is the additional cost
