Hi.

I'm making an application using the XDS100v2, F2812, Visual Basic and DSS Generic Loader (loadti),

and I want to know if I can make with the DSS a bidirectional communication, to display in the PC what is happening in the DSP.

or any other option that can be recommended for monitoring the DSP.

Hello,

Yes, you can use DSS for communication between your host PC and your target. I would call DSS directly instead of using loadti since loadti was meant to be run from the command line standalone. However I'm not sure how easy it is to call DSS from Visual Basic. DSS is simply a set of Java APIs and if you can find a way to call Java APIs from Visual Basic, then you should be fine.
