CCSv5.1.0.07001 Pauses for 30 seconds at startup

CCS is consistently waiting 30 seconds during startup. After selecting the desired workspace and hitting Enter, CCS will pause for 30 seconds and then load the workspace.

Hi Mike,

Is this something new you are seeing with your v5 installation? Or did you always observe this behavior?

This is a relatively new phenomenon (the past week).

FYI, this only happens on my main project workspace. It does not happen on any other workspace.
