CCS v3.3 Evaluation CD Wanted

I'm attempting to use the DM648 EVM board but since buying it have found out that it only works with CCS v3.3, despite being packaged with CCSv4. As it is no longer possible to download CCSv3.3 from TI this leaves me in something of a predicament. So my question is this:

Does anyone have an evaluation CD of CCS v3.3 that they no longer need, and would be willing to donate?

Hi Ben,

The DM648 is supported with CCSv4. What emulator are you using?

I'm using the evaluation board, rather than an external emulator. As I understand it there should be some functionality for emulating via ethernet or PCI slot on the evaluation board, but that CCSv3.3 is needed for this.

I'm reluctant to spend so much on an emulator without even being able test much of the basic functionality of the evaluation board.

There is onboard emulation on the DM648 EVM (via USB cable). That is supported on v4:

I have found the option you've indicated in the software, but I haven't been able to find any details about how to connect the board via USB, there is no clear usb connection provided. Can you please provide some additional information about how to connect it?

This would vary with the board vendor. I would recommend checking the documentation that came with the board or checking with the vendor.
