CCS installing for the first time

Hi everyone.

I would really appreciate if anybody could help me somehow:

After downloading an exe-file (ccs_setup_5.1.0.08012) and entering it I got an error-window:

Does anybody know what is it connected with?

    Is this the lightweight installer or the full package?

    Alyona,

    You can probably work around this by downloading the full installer.  It seems like a problem with the installer not being able to connect to the TI site.

    Before you do that could you zip up the contents of C:\Program Files (x86)\InstallJammer Registry\ccsv5 OR C:\Program Files\InstallJammer Registry\ccsv5 depending on if you are 32bit or 64bit windows.  The log files contained there may confirm for us what is going on.

    Ok, the option of full installer is always available.

    Also currently we can look at log-file, truly there can be an answer (actually mine competence is not enough to find it by myself)
