Code Composer Studio license transfer

Hi

We have a V3.3 version of Code Composer IDE that we would like to update to support newer hardware. Unfortunately the employee who first registered this software is no longer with our company and when I try to register the software to a new account I am informed that the software is already registered.

Is there a way to transfer the software registration to a new 'my.TI' account ?

    Jon,

    Yes it is possible to release it from the old account and register it with a different one.  You can contact ccs_license_file_help@list.ti.com and they should be able to help you do that.  Say Attn: Billy
