Build variable 'InputDirRelPath' cannot be resolved.

CCS5.1.0.08012_win32

We use for the include search path the Variable InputDirRelPath. When using the CCS Version proposed by TI we get the warning  Build variable 'InputDirRelPath' cannot be resolved. On the previous installed version CCS5.1.0.05000_win32 this warning didn't occur.
