problem in running program in targrt

Are you using a standard DM6437 EVM from Spectrum Digital or a custom board?

Problems with code not reaching main could be due to many reasons, some of which are hardware not properly configured, initialization hangs at some point or the initialization code has problems. In your case, since you say the same .out file works in another board, I suspect something either a hardware configuration in your board or incorrect GEL files/DIP switch settings etc.

that works, there was a problem in Texas gel file and i download spectrum gel file
and now when i program dm6437 demo in hex format with flash burn dsk to dm6437, it does not work.
what is the problem?

What exactly does not work? We cannot tell what the problem could be just from a program "not working". As mentioned earlier, there could be a number of reasons for things to not work as expected. You would need to do a step-by-step diagnostic to isolate and troubleshoot the problem.
