Unable to get download for CCS V5 RC1

I go to the download page and click on the "Windows (full)" download but either never get to the download or get a page the says "Error Page".

    Richard,

    We were having all kinds of problems with downloads across TI yesterday.  The downloads have been working ok for me today, I had the issue with every attempt yesterday.

    Did you try yesterday as well?  Wondering if there is a cache issue going on.  The "error page" message would take a couple minutes before it appears.  If it is coming up right away I suspect it is cached from a previous attempt.

    Not long after I posted this message I was able to download CCS V5. Thanks for your reply.
