How to setup CCS5.1 for DM816x EVM?

I have installed CCSv5.1 (Linux). When I new a project, I chose the Device family
as ARM, But I cannot see the DM8168 EVM in the Variant list. I can only see
DaVinci DM644x and DM646x. If I choose generic device, I cannot select the
emulator. Is there any plugin for DM8168 needed?

And for the complier/linker in the CCS, I guess I need to link to the
installed CodeSourcery. I am trying to figure out how to build/debug the
simple "Hello World" sample code. I found the following link but not much
helpful for setting up the DM8168 project in CCS.
