CODECOMPOSER: Theia: Upgrade to new SDK for MSPM0

Hi Keith,

Assuming that the SDK is detected by CCS Theia (see step 3 of Lab1 of the CCS Theia Workshop), you can do this from Dependencies section of the General Properties:

Pressing the "Edit" button will allow you to change the SDK version to another detected SDK version:
