VAR-3P-SOM-AM62: Use CCS with a custom evaluation board

Dear Sir or Madam,

I have a VAR-SOM-AM625 from Variscite plugged into the Symphony Board V1 from Variscite too. How can I use CCS to program the SoM?
The SoM is not listed in the Board & Device list and therefore I cannot use it.

Hi Alishammat, we don't have a CCS target for Variscite board. Please explore with them if they have it for you.

I recommend checking with Variscite on if they offer any CCS support for this board or expecting customers to use Linux for development etc. In CCS TI repo, we will typically only have device and targetdb configurations for TI EVMs. We do not have these done explicitly for our SOM partners/boards

You may be able to leverage generic CCS guidance that we have for AM62 MCU+ SDK where CCS setup / getting started is described
