CODECOMPOSER: Will GUI Composer be supported in CCS v20?

Glad to see that CCS has been upgraded to v20 based on Theia IDE. I wonder if there any plan to migrate GUI Composer environment to CCS v20? I still have several GCv1 projects used for my development on C2000.

    GC is supported to some extent in CCS 20. Are you inquiring specifically about GCv1?

    Yes, I'm more focused on GCv1.

    CCS 20 (and greater) will not support GCv1 integration. Only GCv3.

    Thanks for your reply and I have one more question. Concerning GCv3, will there be a desktop development environment for it? I prefer to modify the html file directly rather than drag the widget when the project become complicated. I have tried GC v2/v3 and exported projects to desktop. The html file can be modified manually but sometimes the dependency files may be incomplete and the debug is a bit difficult due to lack of source code. The online GC editor sometimes is slow due to the net speed and harder to use than VS coder or other IDEs.

    There are no current plans for a desktop development environment for GCv3.
