We found that the CCS did not compile correctly when the macro in .h file was modified.
It will be no issue if we use rebuild instead of build to clean the debug folder.
Is there any way to configure the rebuild as default when clicking build?

Thanks for your query.
Can you please try changing the pre-build steps once?
Use the below command to clean the project before building the project. Keep the clean command as part of Pre-build step.
$(MAKE) -k -j 20 clean -O
Go to the project properties and navigate to Build -> Steps.
Please refer below image.
After performing the above steps, you should be able to rebuild the examples.
