What are plans for CCS code limited edition?

Thank you for the answer. I am still a bit unclear on one point though.

I am using the code-limited 16k CCStudio v4 edition. What is TI's plan for this edition? Will there be a free V5 counterpart and/or will they be changing the limitations of the product if so?

Hi Michael,

There will still be a code size limited option for MSP430 with v5. Note that there will not be a separate code size limited download image like there is in v4. There is only one image and with that image you can unlock the code size limited version.
