CODECOMPOSER: CCS Theia is not finding installed MSPM0 SDK

Tool/software:

I needed to re-install Code Composer Theia 1.5.1.3 and MSPM0 SDK.

I am using LP-MSPM0G3507 launch pad development kit

I opened CCS and added to the Preferences Code Composer Studio Settings Compiler Discovery Path the location of the newly installed MSPM0 SDK.

Yet, when I try to create a new empty project, I get the warning ...
"The project you have selected is in the cloud. Before you import it, you must download and install the associated SDK. Would you like to install now?"

I presume this means that CCS is not finding the SDK.
Empty projects were found on the previous installation, but not now.

What have I done wrong?
