Guys, every time when I go to install CCS I can`t select to install the spectrum debug probes drives, and that transform into a error after, because
when I go debug my code or simple test a connection with my DSP, every time is showed an error telling me the software can`t find the spectrum
digital probes drivers. For the record, I use XDS100v2 and this error was never occurred before.

Wha`t can I do for this situation?

The checkbox is greyed out because it is ALWAYS installed by default and it cannot be disabled.

You are getting a type of host connection error.

If you open a DOS command window and browse to <CCS INSTALL DIR>\ccs\ccs_base\common\uscif and run "xds100serial", is anything detected?

so I don't have any xds100 drivers installed on my machine? how this can happen if weeks ago I can normally run my programs without any problems like that?

It is more likely that the XDS100 is not being detected on your system. You mentioned you never had this issue before so I assume that this same PC worked fine with XDS100 in the past? What XDS100 hadrware are you using? Is it a standalone XDS100 USB probe or part of some TI kit/launchpad?

Do you see any XDS100 hardware in device manager?

In my personal computer I really don't know how this error was fixed, but now all things is working perfectly. Buut, at my college laboratory, I fix this just look in the device manager, and update the driver using another driver searching in my own computer. Also, I update windows before, so maybe this happen because windows or maybe not.

The only thing i know now is the problem is solved.
