Tool/software:

I have the TI Cloud Agent bridge installed in Edge.

TICloudAgent Bridge - Microsoft Edge Addons

It prompts me to download ticloudagent__2.exe but when I run this (as admin) it fails to uninstall the previous version because the uninstall.exe in C:\Users\%username%\TICloudAgent is an empty file (0 bytes).

Is there a manual uninstall procedure I can follow?

You should be able to uninstall from the list of Apps:

It wasn't on the list of apps so I just deleted the folder at C:\Users\%username%\TICloudAgent.

The install got further this time, but ended with the following error:

I've checked short filename generation is turned on.

Deleted %UserName%\TiCloudAgent & AppData\Local\Texas Instruments\TiCloudAgent and re-installed again, and it was successful.
