a problem occured during the installion of CCS

Hi everyone,

Recently, I uninstall the CCS 5.0.3 from my computer for some reason. But it occured that I cann't find the TMS320C6678 in the device menu during configurating the TargetConfiguration file when I reinstall the softwore. I have tryed to install the former version(4.0) and the latest version(5.1) of CCS and work well. But the  have some problem with the Bios-MCSDK. Also I have install the CCS in other computer using the same install file(CCS 5.0.3)  and work well.  Is there any problem with my computer? Can anyone could help me slove the problem.

    Hello,

    Please have a look at this post and keep us informed as to whether it helps.   There is a known compatibility issue we are looking into with the MCSDK between the version separately installed and the version built into v5.1.  This is explained in this post with the work around - with should be installing the MCSDK without the MSA selected.

    I am so sorry for replying you so lata. I have solve the question according to a previous post http://e2e.ti.com/support/dsp/c6000_multi-core_dsps/f/639/t/113883.aspx.The problem of CCS install also haved been sloved by adding some missing files from the the computer whicn the CCS was installed correctly to my computer. Thank you  at the all.
