Query regarding CCS v4 registration

Hi, 

Suppose a person registers CCS v4 in his office Laptop / Machine using his official email ID. 

After sometime he leaves the company, the next person using the same Laptop / Machine, how is he going to manage the CCS v4 registration? 

Will the new person have to use the previous person's email ID to manage (which may be void after the previous person had left) or he can use his own official ID to manage the registration? 

Note: The Laptop / Machine remains the same, its the person using the same has changed and so has the email ID by which the software had been registered. 

Please let me know.

    Hi Sum,

    If you contact ccs_license_file_help@list.ti.com with the license file and transfer details, they can do the transfer for you. This is not an open online option in the license management.  Note a myti login will be required.
