Hi,

I was wondering if I use the #pragma INTERRUPT statement for handeling an IRQ do I still need to write an interrupt vector by myself or if that is done implicit by the compiler.

I am using an OMAP3530 with the TMS470 compiler.

You need to write the interrupt vector yourself.

Thanks for your reply. However, what is the #pragma INTERRUPT then for if I still have to write the intvector by myself?

There are usually some differences between a normal C routine and one that is directly invoked to service an interrupt. An interrupt may have to preserve more registers. And it usually returns in a different manner. The compiler knows to adhere to these different conventions because of either the interrupt keyword or the #pragma INTERRUPT.
