C66XCODECS: G.728 libraries for Unix

Tool/software:

I am looking for G.728 encode and decode libraries for a Ubuntu platform. We use CCS and a Makefile to build. I found an executable for Windows which when extracted produced files in the lib folders g728dec_tii_elf.l64P and g728enc_tii_elf.l64P, but they don't link in when copied to the Ubuntu platform. Do you have any other suggestions? Thank you.
