CODECOMPOSER: Project in subdirectory is only recognized once after import

Hi,

I´m recently switch to CCS 20.01.0.6 (Theia) and have been using CCS 12.8.1 before. My project has a directory with general information and then subdir with the same name where the CCS project resides. Like Workspace/Myproject/Myproject.

This structure has been working for years in CCS 12 and below. Then I`ve moved to CCS 20 Theia. So I set up my workspace. Copyed the project over and imported the project via the import function. Every thing was working perfect after that but after a restart of CCS the project was still there but not recognized as a CCS project. So no build or debug possible. After a re-import the project could be build again but that is only persistent until you shutdown CCS.

This is not a big problem but maybe something that could be easily fixed?!

    When importing the project, did you select the option to copy into the workspace folder or to import at the original location?

    Hi Ki,

    thanks for getting back to me.

    Since I already copyed the project into the workspace I`ve chosen the option "Import at original location".

    Hi Ki,

    against what I told you before: I ve chosen "copy into" because CCS made then a new workspace but I`ve overwritten my old one and imported all other projects again. Now everything is working as expected.
