Code Generation Tools problem in CCSv5

Hi,

I have loaded the ndk2.2 client example to CCS5. The environment drops a warning:

This project was created using a version of compiler that is not currently installed: 7.0.3 [C6000]. Another version of the compiler will be used during build: 7.3.1. Please install the compiler of the required version, or migrate the project to one of the available compiler versions. ndk_evm6748_bios5_client properties TI Problem Marker

The updated compiler version of CCSv5 is 7.3.1. Isn't it compatible with earlier versions? If yes, why the IDE suggests to install the earlier version of compiler and where can I download it?
