Do i have to change the repository URL?

are you using the latest version of 5.1? I know some sites are not yet ready. Could you send a screenshot of your Window->Preferences->Install/Update->Available Software Sites? By the way, if you unselect the XDIAS site in this list, the check for updates should then run.

Hi,
I can confirm that there is not yet an xdias repository and that this should be deselected in your list of available sites.
However, you should not be getting the "operation cannot be completed" message.
Could you send us any generated error logs or dump (.dmp) files from the update run? The following wiki has information on where to find these.
